About Me
I work with leaders who want to show up in their roles with clarity, compassion, and authenticity.

At the core of my work is a simple idea:

Leadership is fundamentally about relating to others—but it begins with relating to oneself.

In this way, every leadership opportunity can be viewed pathway to deeper self-awareness and authenticity. When your inner self matches how you show up in your work, work becomes a true medium of self-expression.

In our work together, we will explore:
-
how you experience yourself in your role and relationships
-
patterns that show up in moments of challenge or decision-making
-
expectations—both internal and external—that influence your choices

My Story
My path into coaching has been shaped by a combination of professional expertise, lived experience, and a deep belief in the power of alignment.

As a scholar of leadership, diversity, and identity in organizations, I’ve spent years studying how people grow into leadership roles—and what can get in the way. Before entering academia, I worked in HR, supporting individuals and teams through development, transitions, and transformation.

Over my 20-year career, I have navigated multiple professional tracks—from Engineer to HR Manager, to Academic, and most recently, Coach. I’ve lived and worked in five countries across three continents, speak five languages, and bring this global perspective into my coaching.

I am currently based in Paris, France, raising a multicultural, multilingual family with my husband, our two-year-old, and our Great Dane. Outside of coaching, research, and teaching, I enjoy yoga, cooking, and traveling.
