About Me
My research and coaching work are shaped by a combination of professional expertise, lived experience, and a deep belief in the power of alignment.
As an expert on leadership, I’ve spent years studying how people grow into leadership roles—and what can get in their way. Before entering academia, I worked in HR, supporting individuals and teams through development, transitions, and transformation.
I truly believe that we best serve others when we bring our full selves into our work, and in our relationships. More often than not, when we blindly follow scripts that have been handed to us from family, institutions, and society about succcess or power, we chip away at an inner wisdom that is always and uniquely accessible to us.
Over my 20-year career, I have navigated multiple professional tracks—from Engineer to HR Manager, to Academic, and most recently, Coach. I’ve lived and worked in five countries across three continents, speak five languages, and bring this global perspective in my work.
I am currently based in Paris, France, raising a multicultural, multilingual family with my husband, our two-year-old, and our Great Dane. Outside of coaching, research, and teaching, I enjoy yoga, cooking, and creating random Pinterest boards.
