My research and coaching is focussed on understanding how people can bring greater authenticity and integrity in how they lead at work. Building on my personal and professional identities as a mother, an academic and an HR professional who has lived and worked in multiple countries, I bring a unique blend of global experiences and interdisciplinary perspectives to my work.
My leadership coaching is based on a fundamental principle that work should serve as a means of authentic self-expression for everyone. My clients tend to be senior professionals at an inflection point. They're often navigating a new leadership role, a cross-cultural environment, or a moment where the old script no longer fits. Many have built careers across borders and are learning to lead in cultures not entirely their own.
